Test system AmpliSense Influenza virus
Test system “amplisense of influenza virus a-h5/h7” for identification of rnas of influenza virus (type a) and distinguishing the subtypes h5 and h7 by the reverse transcription polymerase-chain reaction (rt-pcr).
Directions The test system “AmpliSense of Influenza virus A-H5/H7” is designed to detect RNA molecules of influenza virus (type A) and identify the viral subtypes H5 and H7 using the reverse transcription polymerase-chain reaction (RT-PCR). For the analysis may be used a clinical probes received from the patients, biopsis from the dead bodies or infected animals.
Description of content Test system consists of four sets of reagents: Set N1 – “RIBO- sorb-50” Set of reagents to isolate RNAs from biological probe. Set N2- “REVERTA –L-50” Set of reagents to synthesize the cDNA on the matrix of RNA. Set N3 – “AmpliSense – 50 –R” Set of reagents to amplify cDNA matrix (performing the PCR) Set N4 – “AF-200” Set of reagents to analyze the amplified DNAs by electrophoresis.
Shipping and Transportation For 24 hours at the temperature from +2 to +20° C (exept for the set N2). Set N2 must to be transported at -20° C (below zero) all the time during its shelf life or on ice for 24 hours.
Storage According to the SP 3.3.2.1248-03 Sets N1 and N3 are stored at the temperature from 2 to 8°C. Set N2 is stored at the temperature -20°C (below zero). Set N4 is kept away from light at the temperature 18 – 25°C.
Shelf life of the Kit is for 6 months.
Advantages Modern analysis method, which is used with the test system “AmpliSense of Influenza virus A-H5/H7” prevents contaminating of DNA during the PCR. Test system “AmpliSense of Influenza virus A-H5/H7’ provides the higher specificity and exceptional sensitivity, allowing to take a shorter time of getting the analysis results and their automatic registration.
